Share Your Expertise at the Library and Beyond

The El Reno Library (through the Oklahoma Department of Libraries) is holding a 3-hour class on how to use Photo Apps with Android & Apple Smartphone and Tablet Mobile Devices. It's also happening at 3 other libraries at the same time! Videoconferencing magic is at it again.

Amy Brandley, manager of the El Reno Library, will be teaching participants how to get photos online quickly and easily. Specifically, they'll be learning how to:

•    -Take great photos with a smart phone or tablet
•    -Edit the photos with easy, fun and (often) free Android & Apple apps
•    -Upload those photos to Facebook, Flickr, and Instagram.

Your Turn

Now, this class is open to library and literacy staff or volunteers and it's happened October 17th. But that's OK - the videoconferencing equipment and the facility are available for you. Ask your local library how you can show off your expertise to a crowd.
